Questions for Marketing Audit & Roadmap​

Read-only access to: Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic CRM data (e.g. conversion rates, CAC). An NDA is signed before we start.

No. I do not communicate with your agency independently at any stage. All findings and recommendations go to you. What you share with the agency, and how, is entirely your decision.

Your internal team and your advertising agency — exactly as they work today. The Roadmap is an advisory document built for them to execute. My role ends at delivery. If you want ongoing strategic oversight of the implementation, we can continue with the Advisory Retainer.
